How long does the process of tailoring a suit take?
The time of tailoring a suit depends on the complexity of the design and the volume of the order. It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. We try to provide you with accurate information about the terms during the consultation.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we provide international shipping. Interested customers from other countries are advised to contact us for exact information on rates and delivery conditions. Including, we work on the territory of Ukraine and create clothes there. For more detailed information, write to us in the Contacts section

Can the suit be returned or exchanged?
Custom-made suits are non-returnable. We accept returns and exchanges of ready-made costumes from the Shop section, provided that they have not been worn and are kept in their original packaging. Detailed return and exchange conditions can be found in the "Returns Policy" section of our website.

Is it possible to order a custom-made suit?
Yes, we accept orders for custom tailoring of suits. Our seamstresses will help you choose the right sizes and ensure the suit fits properly.
